Absolutely appalling. The lowest quality ingredients, thrown together with zero consideration for customers. This place is not only bad, it's a genuine health hazard.

I received a burger recently that can best be described as, still mooing. Raw in plain English. Food poisoning in a paper bag.

I complained to the manager the following day and was offered the exact same order in compensation 🤣 No thank you! One E.coli patty is quite enough for me. A milkshake 'on the house' was also proffered by way of apology. You're grand thanks lads.

If you value your intestinal integrity and don't fancy an evening spent with your lavatory, I would suggest AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely disgrace! I order 6 chicken nuggets and they only gave me 4. I'll also order at 8 37 and I got my food at 9 22. Absolutely a disgrace. The india person was like innocent. Like disgrace Im never going there again!

Hi Noah, really sorry to hear that your order was incomplete and you have got two less nuggets instead of 6. I have talked to my team about the mistake and also checked the record, the food was ordered approximately at 20:54 instead of 20:37 as you mentioned above, and you got the order at 21:20. Which includes a snack box which usually takes at least 20 to 25 minutes to be cooked if we have other orders to be completed for chicken tenders and chicken burgers. I was also duly instructed our team to tell the customers about the time frame during busy times. As you may have come at least 10-12 minutes early, as witnessed, the timing was not really the issue here. But still I am really sorry again to hear that you did not received the order complete.
